Picnic Rice recipe by Aalia

Ingredients

• 1 cup rice with 2 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• 1 med onion- grated
• 1 ½ teaspoon garlic paste
• 250g cubed fillet
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon crushes jeeru (cumin)
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• ½ cup water
• 1 cup yoghurt
• 1 beaten egg
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon saffron soaked in water
• 1 tablespoon boiling water
• 1 cup grated cheese
• ½ cup red and green peppers
