• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup very warm milk (120º to 130ºF)
• 1/4 cup butter OR margarine, softened
• 1/4 cup very warm water (120º to 130ºF)
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp butter OR margarine, melted
