• 250g tomatoes, finely diced
• 1 red capsicum, seeded and finely diced
• ½ mild green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
