Chicken Burgers with Raita | RICARDO

Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 ml) 10% plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup (10 g) mint, chopped
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
• 1/2 cup (62 g) bread crumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper
• 4 small hot dog buns or panini buns, cut in half horizontally
• Thin slices of feta cheese, to taste
• 1/2 English cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced into strips with a mandoline or peeler
