- 6 free-range eggs
- 340 g self-raising flour, sifted
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- Red or pink food colouring
- 600 ml cream
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 250 g punnet of strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 125 g punnet of raspberries
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- Icing sugar for dusting
- 8 Cacao raspberry macarons
