Ingredients

• 16 oz Reese Specialty Foods Smoked Petit Oysters
• 4 slices smoked bacon, chopped
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 leeks, washed and cleaned thoroughly chopped (white and pale green parts only)
• 1 celery stalk, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled, and cubed
• 4 cups vegetable stock
• 1 large bay leaf
• Salt and pepper
• 1 cup heavy cream, warmed
• 1-2 tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
