- ½ Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 Tbsp onion minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb flank steak
- salt and pepper to taste

- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 (12 x 12 in) squares heavy duty aluminum foil
- 4 Tbsp softened butter
- 4 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 cups (8 oz) Sargento® Shredded Natural Cheddar Jack Cheese
