Ingredients

• 1.5 kg deep-frozen soaked codfish Riberalves
• 1 kg of potatoes
• 1 bunch of parsley
• 1 sprig of basil
• 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
• 50 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Black peppercorns (freshly ground)
• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup of sesame seeds
• oil for frying
