Ingredients

• 2 bags/ bunches of cooking greens ( such as baby spinach or bunches collard greens)
• 1 tbsp Peanut butter
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• Salt and Pepper
• Red pepper flakes
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
