Cinnabon Copycat recipe by @cakesandplaces

Ingredients

• 1 (2¼ teaspoon or ¼ ounce or 7 g) package active dry yeast
• 1 cup (250 mL) warm milk
• ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon (5 mL) salt
• 2 eggs
• 4 cups (500 g) all purpose flour
• 1 cup (200 g) packed brown sugar
• 3 tablespoon (45 mL) cinnamon
• Cream cheese icing
• 6 tablespoon (113 g) margarine (I used butter)
• 1½ cups (187 g) powdered sugar
• ¼ cup (55 g) cream cheese
• ½ teaspoon (3 mL) vanilla extract
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, and flour to the bowl of a mixer and mix well.
