Ingredients

• 400 g chicken breasts (cut into strips)
• 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp mild chili powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/4 tsp dried oregano
• grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil
• 1 cup fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
• 2 green peppers (seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise)
• 2 onions (thinly sliced lengthwise)
• 8 flour tortillas
• sprigs fresh coriander (to garnish)
• 1/2 cup extra-light sour cream
• 4 green onions (thinly sliced)
• 120 g ripe tomatoes (diced)
• 1 medium-hot green chili (seeded and chopped, or to taste)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste)
• pepper (to taste)
