• 8 ounces crab meat
• 1/2 cup crushed crackers
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
• 1 green onion chopped
• 4 tsp lemon juice
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
