Cheese fondue with brie

Ingredients

• 300 gm Brie
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 30 ml brandy
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 1 dl (dry) white wine
• 2 dl (whipping) cream
• Salt and pepper
• Baguette, ciabatta, waldkorn or any other tasty bread
