Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

• 2-3 cloves garlic
• 400 g Gruyère cheese, grated
• 400 g Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese, grated
• 1 tbsp kirsch
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 300 mL white wine
• pepper and nutmeg
• Bread, cubed, for dipping
