Ingredients

• 12 large Desiree potatoes, roughly the same size
• 4 litres cream
• 4 cloves of garlic
• sprig thyme
• 1 side smoked salmon
• 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
• 1 bunch dill, chopped
• salt
• 12 baby beetroots
• 50ml red wine vinegar
• 100g bean sprouts
• 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
• mixed baby herb leaves, small handful
• red wine vinaigrette
