• Filling Between Layers
• 1 small carton Cool Whip (use Light, if preferred)
• Cream Cheese Frosting
• 8- oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
• 1 box powdered sugar (sifted)
• 2 Tbs. milk
• 1 can or bag flake coconut
