- 2 cups Lotus stem (nadru, grated) (For the Kebab Mixture)
- 1 cup Potato (boiled & mashed)
- ½ cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tsp Fennel powder (saunf)
- ¼ tsp Dry ginger powder (saunth)
- 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)
- to taste Salt
- for pan-frying Oil
- For Serving Mint chutney
- For Serving Onion rings
- For Serving Lemon wedges
