Steak Fusion recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• adapted jameela sayed
• 1kg fillet steak or rump steak
• 2 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon green chillie paste
• 1tbls lemon juice
• 2 level teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon chillie powder
• 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1curry spoon oil
• 1curry spoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• ½ cup fresh cream
• dhania (coriander) for garnish
• 1. Heat ghee (Clarified butter) and oil in a pot and add steak and all the spices.
