- RIBS
- 2 Racks spare ribs (600g each)
- 6 tbsp Quality barbecue sauce + extra for dripping
- MARINADE
- 4 Cans Guinness Original
- 1 tbsp Dried fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp Dried garlic granules
- 1 tbsp Light muscovado sugar
- 1 tsp Fine table salt
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- A pinch cayenne pepper
- A pinch white pepper
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
