• 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) golden corn syrup
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) Scotch
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) salted butter
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
