• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 200 ml beef stock
• 1 onion, sliced
• 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Ground
• 1 1/2 tsp Cumin Ground
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Ground
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
• 1 pinch Chillies Crushed
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 275 g butternut squash, diced
• 275 g sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 50 g raisins
