• 3 ½-4 pints blackberries
• ¼ cup flour
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, small cubes
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
