- 10kg pork trim (85cl)
- 6 x Granny Smith apples, diced
- 2 x 375 ml cans apple cider
- 1 kg apple cider sausage meal
- Soak diced apples in apple cider for 30 minutes.
- Run the pork trim through a coarse plate.
- Add the apple cider sausage meal and run through a medium plate.
- Mix in the apples and cider.
- Fill into casings.
