Pasta In Creamy Mushroom Sauce – Pepkitchen

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic clove (chopped finely)
• 1 small onion (chopped finely)
• 1 cup white mushroom (washed and chopped finely)
• 1 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
• 1 cup milk (I have used the low fat milk)
• 1 cheddar cheese slice (or 1/4 cup any cheese grated)
• 1 tsp black pepper powder
• salt (as per taste)
• 2 cup penne pasta (cooked)
• mushroom sauce
• 1 tsp dried parsley (for garnishing)
• 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (for garnishing)
