• 6-8 oz. claw crab meat or imitation crab meat (shredded)
• 3 TB butter
• 2 TB flour
• About 2 TB white onion, chopped finely (or 2-3 green onions, chopped)
• 1-1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1-2 tsp. Kosher salt
• 3 oz. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 TB. fresh parsley, chopped
• About 2 cups (8 oz. pkg) shredded mozzarella or Italian blend REAL cheese
