- 125g streaky bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. sage, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3 tsp. mustard powder
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 375g plain flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 100g lard, cut into small pieces
- 40g butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
