• 1 tart , red-skinned apple
• 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
• 1 or 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1/3 cup fresh mushrooms sliced thin
• 1/2 cup cauliflower, chopped (optional)
• 1/2 cup. sour cream
• 1/2 - 1 tsp. horseradish
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 2 tsp. lemon juice
