- oil, for greasing
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml spoon) gelatine
- 1 pint (600 ml) fruit purée
- 5 fl oz (150 ml) carton of natural yogurt
- the whites of 2 large eggs (size 1–2)
- ½ pint (300 ml) double cream
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml spoon) sifted icing sugar
