• 1 onion diced
• 1 carrot slices
• 1 garlic clove diced
• 2 klg potatoes cut into four
• 200ml red wine
• allspice
• salt
• pepper
• 1 cup of olive oil
• 2 tsp tomatoe paste
• 400gr crushed tomatoes
• 1 celery stalk
