Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) GAY LEA - Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) icing sugar
• 2 cups (500 mL) all purpose flour
• 3/4 tsp (4 mL) baking powder
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
• 2 bananas, medium size and thinly sliced diagonally
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) banana chips, coarsely crushed
• 2 oz (60 mL) bittersweet chocolate, melted
