Ingredients

• Filo shells
• 4 sheets filo pastry
• orange juice (to paint on between filo sheets)
• canola oil spray
• Filling
• 200g carton low fat vanilla fruche
• 150g low fat ricotta cheese
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon orange flower water (or vanilla essence)
• 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
• 4 large strawberries cut in quarters
• 3 kiwi fruit cut in thin wedges
• 1 banana cut in thin slices
• 2 passionfruit
• ¼ cup finely chopped, roasted hazelnuts
