Soda Bread with Homemade Marmite Butter - James Martin Chef
There's nothing better than home-made bread, get your soda bread just right with this lovely recipe...you'll love it or hate it! Ha!
Ingredients
- 200g butter softened
- 2 tbs marmite
- 170g self-raising brown flour
- 170g plain flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 300ml buttermilk
- Preheat the oven to 200°c
- To make the butter beat together the marmite and butter and spoon into a serving dish.
