- 8 small tortilla wraps
- 1 red pepper
- 2 small red onions
- 1 courgette
- 1 aubergine
- 200g chickpeas
- 3 tsp ras el hanout
- 2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp harissa paste
