• Buttermilk (½ cup / 125 ml)
• Carrots, peeled and shredded by hand, lightly packed (3 cups / 375g)
• Cream cheese, room temperature (1 lb / 500g)
• Unsalted butter, room temperature (6 tbsp / 90g)
• Confectioners’ sugar (1¼ cups / 155g)
• Vanilla extract (1½ tsp)
