Ingredients

• 3 lb beef stew meat
• peanut oil
• 2 yellow onions
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 cup marsala
• 2 oz dried mushrooms - soaked in 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, oregano, basil each
• salt and pepper
