• 12 thick slices day-old bread (any bread will do, brioche is great but white bread is fine!)
• 3/4 cups whole milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 2 Earl Grey tea bags
• 3 large eggs
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Butter for cooking
