Ingredients

• 25 g butter unsalted
• 1 tbsp olive oill
• 3 spring onions, cleaned and sliced
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 15 g ginger, peeled
• 2 tsp Chillies Crushed
• 1 tsp Turmeric
• 1 tsp Curry Powder Hot
• 200 g Arborio (risotto) rice
• 500 ml fish stock or veg stock
• 225 g smoked haddock chopped
• 1 lemon
• 100 g peas
• 5 medium eggs
• vegetable oil for frying
• 125 g panko breadcrumbs
• 75 g plain flour
