Morliny-style soup with dried mushrooms, sausage with pasta – Morliny

Ingredients

• Half a pack of chicken breast sausage from Morliny (one, long sausage)
• 40–50 g (1.4–1.8 oz) of dried boletus or bay boletus mushrooms
• 200 g (7 oz) of tagliatelle pasta
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1 carrot
• 1 onion
• 2 litres of broth
• 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic
• 2 tablespoons of sour cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A bunch of chopped parsley
• 3 pieces of allspice
• 1 bay leaf
• Frying oil
