Ingredients

• 2 cups Chopped onions
• 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
• ½ teaspoon Cayenne
• 1 teaspoon Garlic cloves, pressed
• 2 cups Chopped cabbage
• 3 cups Cubed sweet potatoes
• 3 cups Tomato juice
• 1 cups Apple juice
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger
• 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
• 2 Chopped tomatoes
• 1½ cups Chopped okra
• ½ cups Peanut butter
