Salt Cod with Tomatoes - Oleve

Ingredients

• 1 kg salt cod, sliced in big slices (not in salt)
• Flour for battering
• 1 red pepper cut in thin slices
• 1 green pepper cut in thin slices
• 1 big onion chopped
• 1 clove of garlic cut in half
• 2 tsp (tablespoons) caper
• 300 gr cherry tomatoes cut in 4 parts or whole
• 80 gr olives
• Chopped parsley
• 2 tsp (tablespoons) pine nuts
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• White Vinegar
• Raw sea salt and peppers
• 1tsp. tablespoon granulated sugar
