Ingredients

• 3 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits, finely crushed
• ​1/2 cup + 1/4 cup hot water
• 1 cup So Good unsweetened milk
• 1 packet dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp, 7 g)
• 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
• 1/4 cup olive oil, plus extra for bowl
• 2 cups plain wholemeal flour (280 g)
• 2 cups plain white flour (280 g), plus extra for kneading
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup finely diced apple (approx. 1 medium apple)
