• 2 tbsp canola oil
• 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
• 1/4 tsp salt
• Pinch pepper
• 1 cup Gehl’s Beer Cheese Sauce
• 4 demi baguettes, split and toasted
• 1 cup prepared caramelized onions
• 1 cup arugula
