HOT SPINACH DIP - Alabama Farmers Federation

Ingredients

• 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
• 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 cup half-and-half
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
• 1 (2.24-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
• Salt and pepper to taste
