• 2 tsp instant dry yeast (or 1 packet)
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) warm milk
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup (105 g) brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup (55 g) unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) corn syrup
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
• 1 cup (100g) pecans, roasted
