• 5 ears of sweet corn, cooked and cut off the cob
• 1 bell pepper, diced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
• 1/4 of a red onion, chopped
• 1/4 up feta cheese, crumbled
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
