• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon salt

• 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, optionally peeled and cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
