- 4 tbsp Massaman curry paste
- 1 x 400ml can of coconut milk
- 1kg chicken drumsticks
- 4 small potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- ¾ cup of water
- 2 tbsp toasted peanuts, to garnish
- Rice, to serve
