- 1/2 C Potato, cut in small cubes (boiled)

- Pinch Palm sugar
- 1 t Fish sauce
- 1 t Tamarind juice
- 1 T Peanuts
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3-4 Cardamom seeds
- 1 T Peanuts (roasted)
