Cointreau is a French clear liqueur made from bitter and sweet citrus varieties. It is often used by confectioners to flavor creams, biscuits, macarons and other confectionery products.

- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 350 gr sugar
- 100 gr vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 160 gr milk
- 80 gr Cointro liqueur
- 100 gr boiling water
