• 1 sweetcorn, cut into thirds
• 2 medium tomatoes, quartered
• 1 medium carrot (or 2-3 small carrots), cut into chunks

• 1 medium potato, peeled and cut into chunks
• 6 red dates
• 2 tbsp goji berries
